Blog-to-Book - 2 Options: Blurb or Lulu. Blurb looks easier, Lulu is cheaper. Good luck!
So that was the twitter version...
Blurb (http://www.blurb.com) looks like it will import blogs easily. I haven't tried it, but I found a blog post that said they introduced typepad functionality in 2006, so it should work pretty well by now.
Lulu (http://www.lulu.com) is a very popular self-publishing website. I've heard good things. You have to convert whatever you want to make into a book to a .doc, .pdf, or .ps, so it's somewhat more difficult. That said, however, they have a lot of printing options and it works out a lot cheaper.
