Twitpic is the way to go. Go to http://twitpic.com and login with your twitter username and password. Once you are logged in you can upload pictures by clicking the button in the top right of corner of the page. Or you can email your pictures. Once you are logged in click on settings, there you will find your unique twitpic email adddress. Its in the format of username.pin@twitpic.com where username is your twitter username and pin is your 4 digit pin number. The you email your picture to your twitpic email address.
