Good idea. The system was open to abuse. And some of the stories submitted were...odd
It is understandable that any webmaster will try and get as many do follow links for their website as possible and as a result submit every page of their siites to Digg.
And I think the result of this is Digg's change to mainly no follow for all links apart from relevant stories.
The question though must be asked. Who decides what's relevant and what is not?

Digg have finally done it, unless your popular - you get a no follow link. Is this a good or bad change?
