Yes! There is a fabulous plug-in that works with iTunes and allows you to do lyric searches. You can download it for free here: http://soundcrank.com/ Check it out and see what you think, I know a lot of people who use it rather than Googling lyrics.

Can you search for a song by its lyrics in any media manager, such as Songbird's LyricMaster add-on?
I understand that the Songbird Music Player has the LyricMaster plug-in, but I'm not sure if it allows you to search for songs by using the lyrics. Any other program that could do this would be of interest.
