Can you create a link to a YouTube video where the annotations are off?
I know you can turn off annotations by default for yourself if you have an account, but can I create a link to send to a friend who may not have done so?
The page below describes a method to turn them off for embeded video, but I just want a link.

• Whilst this takes up the entire screen, at least it removes the annotations.

Yes, that works for embedding a video, but as I said in the question, I just want to send a link.

Ohh... I thought you were looking for a link to explain how to do it.
Sorry for the confusion.
The answer is still the same.
Add:
&iv_load_policy=3
To the end of the URL.
Eg: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwTZ2xpQwpA&iv_load_policy=3
