Can I watch MTV online without special software?

I want to watch the MJ special the 29th but my grandmother hasn't got MTV nor a thing for the PC to watch tv. Does anyone know a site where you can watch MTV online (may be illegal)

You can go to MTV2.com and stream music videos (and some shows) for free, all you have to do is have java (almost ALL computers come with that standard).

So I can't watch online what is on MTV at the moment? Are you sure there aren't any (illegal) websites to do it
