Best way to do premium live video streams on my own website?

I want to be able to run live stream classes (like UStream.TV) and put them on my own website. UStream and Justin.TV offer this but I want to be able to charge people watch them. I can handle the payment side of things but I need to somehow be able to protect them (e.g., with passwords). Are there any services that offer this?
