Motorola S705- seem to be pretty good quality and they start at $19, but they're not as cool looking as the Jabra "dogtag style" BT3030 you mentioned.

Aside from the Jabra BT3030, what other Bluetooth stereo dongles allow for your own 3.5mm headphones?
Must be available for purchase for less than the BT3030. Unless you can find them on sale somewhere, the Kyocera product sold by Woot a few weeks back doesn't count.
