It's up and running for me.

In the future, if you want to find out whether a site is really down or if it is just a problem for you (due to your browser, router, Internet service provider or anything else), go to this website and enter the URL of the respective site:

It's up for me (I'm in Canada) right now. Amazon.com has servers all over the world - probably one local to you was down. If Amazon.com as a whole was down, it would be on CNN (or at least Digg).
