Unfortunately, no. IE for the mac has not been developed for a long time. IE used to be made for Mac OS9 many years ago.

Although, if you have an intel mac you can use Paralells to runs Windows at the same time you're running OSX. Or you can use apples built in Bootcamp to install Windows and boot windows at startup. That's a lot of work to go through just for a browser though...

go to http://www.microsoft.com you can see if internet explorer is available at yo ur macbook

No, unfortunately Microsoft stopped developing Internet Explorer for Mac because it was better on the Mac than on Windows (or so I've heard).

If you're unhappy with Safari, you can give Firefox a try...

Yeah, IE for mac was pretty awesome. The best thing I remember is it had really good printing features.
