This site offers mobile broadband cards for rental.
This is how it works:
"Place Your Order
1. Select the Internet Card that will fit your computer.
Choose from a Type-II card, ExpressCard, or USB port connection.
We recommend the USB data card because it is the most universal.
2. Select the Cellular Carrier that offers data service where you want internet access.
Choose between the AT&T and Verizon National Networks. Both have Nationwide coverage including U.S. Territories. See the "Maps of Coverage" to check your area.
3. Select the number of weeks or months to rent your equipment.
Choose from 1 to 4 weeks, 2 to 6 months.
4. Select a date for your equipment to arrive.
Rental period starts when equipment arrives and ends when return is checked in with UPS.
Web site orders ship only to your billing address.
Call to arrange delivery to your hotel or vacation spot.
5. Complete your order.
Your equipment will be delivered to you on the arrival date you specified.
UPS tracking information is emailed to you when equipment is shipped.
Install Your Equipment
Your Internet Access Card will arrive fully activated and ready for installation. Easy to follow instructions and any necessary software will be included on CD.
Return Your Equipment
When finished, simply return equipment to any UPS location in our pre-paid mailer. UPS drop-off locations can be found at UPS.com.
Once the pre-paid mailer is recorded in the UPS tracking system, the equipment is considered returned.
If you need the equipment longer than originally ordered, just return it when ready. The rate for additional day(s) rental is listed on the enclosed invoice."
