Anyone have any tips for handling Twitter DM's. I'm flooded by a deluge of auto DM's. What are your tips for reviewing, organizing, etc?

On Twitter, follow: http://twitter.com/optmeout
They will soon follow you back (could take an hour or two). Once they follow you, send them a DM. Any DM will do, even if it's just a couple of random characters. Soon after this, one of the most popular autoDM services (Tweetlater) will no longer send you DMs. If you like, you can no unfollow OptMeOut, especially if you don't want others to be know that you have chosen to stop receiving AutoDMs.

I would also read the links below, as they tell you about how to do this in more detail and also how to stop one of the other major AutoDM services from bothering you too.

Doing all of the above will get rid of two of the larger 3rd party services that help people to send autoDMs. There are probably other services out there, and you may still see the occassional autoDM, but this will get rid of most of them.
