Anyone any recommendations for cheap <a href="http://www.mahalo.com/PHP">PHP</a> hosting that don't require you to register a domain? Just want to use it to host a blog.

Hi... Why not go for blogspot.com or wordpress.com?... they're specially built blogging platforms... but if you really want to build your blog on a host try http://50gigs.net .. not top of the line but free and has high uptime... and for cheap (payed) host I would recomend http://www.hostgator.com.. .Hope this was helpfull !
