As far as I know, GV doesn't have the sequential ring feature as of now, since it is still in beta.
If everything goes fine and comes out clean from FCC eyes, we should have all those features soon when it goes live.

Anybody know if Google Voice can do sequential routing instead of simultaneous? Like if I want phone A then B to ring rather than A AND B?

Of coarse they can. See other services do it before. Will they??? Tough to say.
