Any ideas where I can get a free copy of Vista for developing on. Didn't Microsoft release one?

MS has a service called MSDN.  This is a service you purchase but it then gives you the right to download ANY ms product at no additional cost, primarily for Development/testing purposes.  I can't tell you what the costs are though.
