MY PICK:
Jon Barnes
http://tenpoundhammer.com/2009/09/04/review-of-twist-13/
The author composed a clear introduction to the show. This author had the foresight to introduce his readers to the show and Jason. I think that this is a very important aspect of this contest.
The author listed pros and cons constructively. I noticed that some reviews only listed the bad while others only listed the good. Few offered an impartial view. This review mentions a few good points and identified a few concise points that were common across many of these 25 reviews.
Last, I liked how the this article separates the content from the production value and reviews both. In this arena tech and talent are two separate things and are growing independently.

To preface, the design of this blog is outstanding. Clean and clear, the backdrop to this article is one that I could see myself visiting regularly.
This article presents the show in a positive light with a handful of carefully worded criticisms. I felt that there were a larger number of core points in the article I chose as the winner but that this review was worthy of at least a mention.

Why?
It recaps the episode nicely without going TOO much into detail, as some other reviews did. Quality over quantity! Also, I like how this review outlined each segment in an informative yet humorous way. It kept my attention all the way through, which I couldn't say for all of the other reviews. The screenshots are nice. It is honest, touching on both the positive and negative aspects without any ass-kissery.
And last, but probably least, I didn't see any blatant grammatical or spelling errors in this review, as in many of the others. I know it's not a huge deal, but if you're trying to win a contest, the least you could do is spell check and proofread a little bit!
PS: Jason, could I please have a new iPhone instead of M$20? :)

oooh...tough choice! There are a lot of great reviews here, but my vote goes to: http://www.midnightcheese.com/2009/09/this-week-in-startups-gets-down/

My pick would be Jason Schuman. One of the main reasons I liked his review is because of the attention grabbing title he used: Entrepreneurs Pay Attention! You should be watching TWiST!

The only entry that stands out in terms of writing, that is engaging, candid, humorous and of publishable quality is John Bumstead's essay. He does a nice job of outlining the positives and negatives of show, and explaining why TWIST has become a phenomena that goes beyond your average garden variety podcast.
