Google has been skating on thin ice lately regarding antitrust issues. That is what the feds have been looking into Google about. There is the issue of paid search advertising, and whether Google is a harmful monopoly, the potential merger (or acquisition, or joint venture) with Yahoo, the book scanning, and a couple other issues.
