Can a High School Student be a teacher's aide?
I am a Sr. and I want to be an English teacher. I would like to practice teaching a class but am not sure if students are allowed to be teacher aides.

In my highschool it was an elective to be a TA you wouldn't be able to grad tests or anything but you could help with lessons, running teacher errands and things like that...It may vary from school to school...Good luck. I love English definetly a fun subject.

yes,i don't think so there is any problem in this kind of assist.but generally schools don't allow this because one teacher is enough to handle a class and you should try outside the school in some teaching institute and then join school as a teacher not like a assistant.

offcourse... why not... I would suggest actually asking the school itself though as they might have some different things you may or may not do depending on what school system / city you are in... definitley would not ask mahalo here because it probably varies from each school. mike !
