Ok. It was getting too long, so I figured it take it off forum:
As it is a natural language reminder, it would be perfect for the Iphone and Blackberry market.
Make it a FREE app. Submit it to these Iphone app sites:

Unless you make it easy as a couple of clicks, people won't do it. That’s why I mention the Outlook app. For example: I have a marketing event soon I want to be reminded of using my outlook calendar, but the idiot who designed the event used a graphic and included the info in the graphic, therefore no cut and paste.. So I'm going to have to type all the stuff in the little boxes.. Its not a big deal, but I still haven't done it, BUT if there was a link to just be reminded of it, or a send to outlook calendar link, I'd use it and I'd probably end up going as I didn’t forget..
Also, I would think a 'press one to replay this message" feature would be nice if you don't already have it. I got a call yesterday from UPS and it was a computer voice, by the time I realized what was going on, I'd missed half the package tracking number- and they didn't have a option to replay the message..
Get on Webmaster radio via interview or commercial. Specifically the Rainmaker program. That’s the movers and shakers entrepreneur program.
Make an app to plug into Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar and the others also a Facebook app and page for your company. Like I mentioned before, Facebook and Youtube.
Oh and an Iphone app where you can just SPEAK THE REMINDER and have it do voice recognition would be killer, (if customer voice recognition its already available I didn’t see it and couldn't find a phone number to call…) That would be the app.
I'd say more later, but to be honest, I can't find a whole lot that make you guys different than the others on that page, maybe the fact that you do it all .. http://www.ohdontforget.com/ understand things like tomorrow, today and Monday, but is free sms only. These people look pretty similar as well: http://www.rminder.com/ and they sync with all sorts of calendars (what did I mention in the first post?)

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

For us - outlook is dead. People can create reminders right from outlook - just email it.
The problem in creating an outlook plugin is that it will see limited use (according to our market research) and we're also mac users.
We do have a press 1 to replay feature.
I've been interviewed before on various blogs, podcasts.
