Does Raheem Morris have the experience to be the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers?

Less than a month ago he was the defensive backs coach for the Bucs, today he is head coach. Is his rise to power too fas?

If he has already been in the organization for a while, then he should have a good grasp on how things work in there. That would seem to be a definite advantage when taking over a team. Whether he has the experience to lead is another story. However, older more experienced coaches don't always win in the NFL. Look at Mike Tomlin, a 2 year coach (and one of the youngest coaches ever) who just took the Steelers to the Superbowl.
