Taking the assessment test for a postal job... but know nothing about it. Can anyone at least tell me what to expect? How can I prepare for

Tip for best answer: M$1.03
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Congrats!
First off, go to your library! they have practice books.

Basically, there will be lots of questions making sure that you can tell the differences between addresses... They will be similar, they want you to tell the difference (make sure the mail goes to the right address! lol)

they will also want to make sure you can alphabetize, and order numerically.

Best chance tho- go to the library!!! They have practice books and you can check them out and study them. There is also practice tests in the book.

Good luck!

I can remembering taking this test a long time ago. What I remember about it was alot memorizing of address's. Being able to identify what was wrong between two addresses like, St. , Dr, Rd, Ln. they would give you an address, turn the page and you had to make sure the numbers were in the right sequence. You also had to sort according to city, state and zip code. You had to make sure all puncuation, spelling and numbers were right per address. I do now know you can go to the library and check out one of their books and study for the test.

Good Luck and I hope this information helped you
