is my inability to sit,stand,or lift a pot of water linked to my recent h1n1 vaccination? please help!

If the arm weakness is only one side of the body, it is possibly a stroke. See a doctor. It is theoretically possible H1N1 is the cause, however I wouldn't count on it being the case. These are very problematic symptoms. There's a great belief in America that Correlation implies Causation, that simply because two things happened at the same time, that the first thing caused the second thing.
The reason so many parents aren't letting their kids get immunized is because of this. Autism symptoms generally set in about the same few months that kids normally go in to the doctors to get immunized. So since the two happen at the same time, a logical belief would be that the immunity shots caused the autism. However, almost all doctors agree immunizations are fine.
