He doesn't say what language it is (looks like Hebrew) but he says it spells out his name Benjamin, Genesis 49, and Psalm 23.

Genesis 49 verse 27 is the verse that is written on Coach's arm. The verse is part of Jacob's blessing to his sons before he died. In the verse Jacob tells Benjamin (the name of Coach) that he will be like a wolf (which is also the symbol of the tribe of Benjamin, the Israelite tribe, not the survivor tribe). He will be like a wolf, hunting by day and sharing the catch in the evening.
Its not a Kabala verse, simply a verse that contains the 1st name of Coach.
