Super Bowl XLIII 

James Harrison of the Pittsburgh Steelers intercepted a pass by Kurt Warner and returned it 100 yards for a touchdown at the end of the first half.

James Harrison’s 100-yard interception return for a touchdown in Super Bowl XLIII is not only the longest interception return, but also the
longest play in Super Bowl history. The previous longest was a 99-yard
kickoff return by Desmond Howard of the Packers in Super Bowl XXXI.

Longest Interception Return in any NFL game is 108 yards by Ed Reed, Baltimore Ravens vs. Philadelphia Eagles, Nov. 23, 2008
