Which Super Bowl Halftime Show was the best and why?

Although the Janet Jackson-Justin Timberlake wardrobe malfunction show might be the most memorable, which artist gave the best performance?

My vote would be for the Superbowl 27 performance by Michael Jackson. I remember watching it as a kid and just being wowed. Not only is it the best superbowl halftime show in my opinion, but also quite possibly one of the best stage entrances ever.

ALL Super Bowl half-time shows are the the best part of any Super Bowl.  I don't have any interest in the game, but I love those commercials and the half-time show, and the snacks at Super Bowl parties

I really liked Super Bowl 35 Halftime Show with NSYNC, Aerosmith, and Britney Spears. Nothing beats Timberlake's hands with the fire flying from them, and the song "It's Gonna Be Me!"
