No. He has already won a Super Bowl title, which made him the youngest quarterback to do so. You would think if he was marketable in that way, it would have happened after that win

I don't understand what the asker was looking for if there wasn't an answer there that he liked. I know a lot of people look for a source to be sited, but is there really a source for how charismatic someone is?

The Manning Brothers must have the best agent in the world...if Roethlesberger had someone in his corner like that to sell to his strengths, then I think so. It would the writing around him that could make the ad campaign.
With the proper grooming (not just his facial hair), he could be presentable for big ticket endorsements. The Mannings have the boyish good looks and the "aw shucks" demeanor to make them media darlings. It isn't difficult to build a marketing campaign around them. Roethlisberger has the cred, he just needs creative endorsement campaigns built around his stronger attributes.
