Gotta believe it's a reference to the South Park episode where Chef goes off to join the "Super Adventure Club" and comes back brainwashed and wanting to have sex with kids. It was Trey Parker's and Matt Stone's metaphor for Scientology (although I don't believe they were suggesting that Scientologists had sex with kids).
