Suggestion:If a person edits the answer, can there be a way that informs others that 'the particular person has edited'
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$My suggestion - instead of flagging edited answers - would be to shorten the edit time frame to perhaps 30 minutes. This would allow for enough time for reasonable proofing and review but also allow for other members to comment on/refute facts within the 1 hour bonus point "golden" hour.

M$Edited: I am editing this now one time. I can add this for you, Mahalo Answers does not need to know, but I'm letting you know.
This can work for the question the question as well. If you edit a question, then you can ask a different question. Should we know if you edited the question?

M$here is a scenario
I am commenting on some person's answer about some mistake in his answer. Then the particular person rectifies the mistake in his answer. Then the comment will look meaningless ???
I am not sure,The reason is-- Let us take an example
The question is 'Who is ___________'
I type the first thing i find about him and submit my answer and then I edit it to a proper answer. I am the first answerer.
Another person searches and finds the answer and gives a clear-cut answer in the first try. That person is the second answerer.
Both are good answer. Who would you choose as the best answerer??
I agree with your suggestion along with a suggestion if the answer is edited, it should be moved down below other answerer who have answered already.
I agree with that. I had a suggestion, and that was to tell them I'm still editing or lock down the comments for a certain time frame. This feature has not came out. I got a lot of answers for this question, and some of the best feedback was to for the answerer to put down, "I'm still editing this," but the reality is that this does not always happen. That's why, sometimes it's best to wait until the hour is up, and then comment, that way you know that the answerer cannot edit anymore. Hope this helps, Karj!
What!!!!You modified my idea!!!!
Just kidding :)
Really this is the most useful reply I have received so far :). Thanks for your reply. Why I did not think that..... wondering.............;).
