Warning About Stocks Questions

I noticed Avoon stock has gone up a little and lately since more stocks are rising are you encouraged?
After such a dreadful plunge I would love to see my retirement fund start to grow instead of Drop. Any thoughts on the stock Market?

In this instance, I'm not sure it's encouraging, since it probably means more people are being laid off still, or are unable to find work, and are needing the self employed independent contractor business ventures just to survive.
