Would Tyson Gay make a great long jumper?

Considering Tyson Gay is the fastest man in the world, would he make a great long jumper?

I think he would be a great long jumper, especially if he trained for it. He already has very strong legs, so he would be able to, well, jump far. Also, because he is so fast, he would be able to acheive a great distance without staying in the air as long.
