Yes Mexico can win the world cup. They will win it in 2038.
Mexico like the USA can win the World Cup both teams for the past couple of years have made significant contributions to the sport. For now Mexico cannot win it the present team is not that strong as past years and their are now trying to find form to qualify for the final in South Africa. Mexico usually is the strongest football country that qualifies from the Concacaf zone and always have good quality players in the team. Although their best finish in previous World Cups was to the quarter finals they still have a long way to go to reach the finals. Mexico has the potential to win the World Cup in the near future
