Randy Orton is due for a title reign (he last held the World Heavyweight title in September 12, 2004 and the WWE Title in October 7, 2007). He has improved his wrestling and acting skills significantly and will be a great champion if given the chance once again. I don't think he will win cleanly - I think it will involve some outside interference by Priceless.
Triple H, on the other hand, has held the championship belt on-and-off for the past year, or so. So I think the WWE writers may decide to put in some new blood in the championship reign for a change.

Orton. Triple H wants to break Ric Flair's record for the most title reigns and he has to keep losing the belt to do that, so it is in his interest. Orton is one of the hottest heels today, there is no reason to have him lose this one. A loss would hurt him much more than Triple H.
