One Trevor Denman is a sports announcer specializing in horse race calling.
He has worked in many venues and currently calles races in Los Angeles
He has acted in many films usually playing a horse race caller or himself.

Trevor Denman is an American Broadcaster who specializes in Thoroughbred Horse racing. He used to be a part-time jockey and exercise trainer, and a race caller. Trevor is originally from Germiston, Gauteng, South Africa.

Born 1971, started calling races @ 18yrs, Works at Santa Anita Park, Del Mar Racetrack and the Los Angeles County Fair (Fairplex) in California.

Famous for phrases:
"Aaand awaay they go...", "scraping the paint", "they would need to sprout wings to catch ...", "looks like he jumped in at the quarter pole...", "is coming like an express train!"

Denman is the current voice of the Breeders' Cup, aired

- American sportscaster and public-address announcer specializing in Thoroughbred horse racing.
- He is currently a race caller at Santa Anita Park, Del Mar Racetrack and the Los Angeles County Fair (Fairplex) in southern California
-He was the former announcer at Pimlico Race Course, Laurel Park Racecourse and Hollywood Park Racetrack.
-Denman began calling races in North America in 1983
- He is best known for the phrase "Aaand awaay they go...", spoken as the horses emerge from the starting gate".
- Starred in the 1989 comedy movie "Let it Ride" and a Simpson episode i#239
