Ernest Provetti is the father of the 12-year old boy who was shoved aside by Big Baby Davis after he hit the game winning shot in the NBA play-off game between the Celtics and the Magic.

Glen "Big Baby" Davis hit the winning buzzer beater to give the Boston Celtics the Game 4 win over the Orlando Magic. Davis ran along the sidelines in excitement and accidentally shoved a 12-year-old kid. You can see it at the 0:59 mark of the video above or in this animated replay:

Ernest Provetti complained that Glen Davis pushed his son so hard that the son's cap came flying off. Ernest Provetti sent an e-mail to the NBA League office in which he called Davis a "raging animal with no regard for your fans' personal safety."
Ernest Provetti backed off his statements after a public backlash ensued over the absurd complaint.
