on the top right hand menu if you click on About the AARL at the bottom is a link to "contact us". If they do not post any broadcast schedule internationally anywhere on that official home page you can click on the last option on that menu to "Contact us" and ask for any broadcast info for where you will be located for live or delayed broadcast. Once you know how and where it will be broadcast you can check for hotels or bars that may be showing the game. There may also be local fan clubs or an embassy that may know where folks gather to watch or if there is an arranged local broadcast in a public venue. The Australian Rugby League may be able to put you in touch with the best contacts.
