I don't know all the intricacies of his offensive scheme, but i know he likes to pass...the 2007 Cowboys set all kinds of offensive records, mainly through the air. The problem that seems to be arising is that he's perhaps good with the X's and O's but not as good with the actual coaching and mentoring of the players. After that stellar 'o7 season, the '08 team collapsed when the offense couldn't fire on all cylinders...and it looked like more of a mental collapse than a lack of talent or even execution, really. So in '09 Garrett is going to have to add another dimension to his coaching agenda and get his players believing in him as an OC again...
