I did a search engine search for his name and the word email and got the message that that information had been removed. If he has had his email removed from all search engines that makes it unlikely to be found to be posted publicly in yet another search engine because once it was posted I imagine they would have it removed again?

If you are looking for his email address for the purposes of booking him, then I would assume that you would possibly receive an email contact address for him or his agent during or after the booking process.

Using a search engine I found a Facebook page address that says it is his official page, so writing to him there - would that be considered an email address?

I don't think you will find a better answer unless someone personally gives you a contact email for the purposes of doing business with him in some way. From the sounds of his recent blog above, it does sound like he really is accepting the emails on his Twitter page himself. Hope that helps.
