I think it is better than ever this year. You can actually tweek your video settings on the fly if you are having bandwith problems. There is one gotcha. If you are watching a game and it goes to commercial then the button to witch to another game is disabled during the commercial. The quality seems to be great.

I was very impressed with the quality at first. Now the servers are slammed, and it's unwatchable, unfortunately. If CBS/NCAA had some more servers/bandwidth, it would be fantastic.
