Was NY Jets Kerry Rhodes accused of rape?

New York Jets defensive back was being investigated (as of 25th May 2009) by Morristown police after a woman filed a complaint Saturday afternoon. The Canadian woman was taken to a local hospital to have a rape kit performed.

She alleges that she met Rhodes in NY nightclub Friday night.

The results of the investigations haven't been released yet, but it doesn't appear that Rhodes has been charged as of yet with the alledged rape.
