Last season, Byron Scott was coach of the year and had a franchise-record 56 wins. This season is different as there are so many injuries. They still manage to finish with 49 wins. If all the players all healthy, it might be a different story. I think it's fair to give Scott another year to see how it goes. Further, he has one year remaining in his contract.
