It's not likely. When someone is dismissed from a team, and then plans to peruse legal action against said organization he's not likely to get back on the team.

The fact that Leon Patton was already on probation for stealing video games from a Wal-Mart and failing to appear in court might have expedited his dismissal from the Wildcats' football team. He was expected to be the starting running back for the team this season.

Since Patton didn't commit child abuse will he be returning as a Wildcat? Especially since KSU needs a running back with his experience?
There are rumors that the state has been proven wrong and that Patton is planning to file a Civil suit against the state, RCPD and the hospital for misdiagnosis and charging him with a felony crime. I have seen the documents will KSU admit they dismissed him in error and put him back on the team and face the facts that this young man was innocent?
