Pacquiao. First off he is a southpaw and is blazing fast and has been training hard for the fight. I know there has been problems with him training in the Philipines and there has been some trouble with his coaching staff, but he is pound for pound one of the greatest boxers ever.
I also believe that Cotto's loss to Antonio Margarito, even with rumors he was cheating has disrupted the powerful puerto rican's confidence.

Pacquiao is pure power and Cotto is pure hunger - Cotto is hungry for title and attention and he got nothing to lose.
Pacquiao on the other hand has the whole world to lose, figuratively of course. If pacquiao will lose, this won't be the end, and if Cotto will win, this will be a big START!

Pacquiao moves quicker than Cotto. But since Cotto is the champion on this weight division, this gives him an advantage. If Cotto will throw in heavy punches right away, this could stop Pacquiao. But if he let Pacquiao beats him first or he lets his opponent move first, I think it will be difficult for Cotto to win.
I wanted Pacquiao to win of course. If he losses this time, it will be a big hit on his boxing career. Plus I'm dying to see a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight! LoL If he'll win against Cotto, there's a big chance that he'll be matched to Mayweather soon.
