Most certainly you could get teamwork insights from watching baseball.
Each baseball player is a single part of a greater machine, each individual depending of the performance of the others to operate at maximum potential as a team.
This would be smartly applied to a volleyball team as well as any team sport.

Each player on a baseball team has a specific job to do at his position and communication between players is important to avoid errors. The same can be said for volleyball. The players must know their specific jobs and not interfere with other players or points will be lost.
