He's never been that long to start and hasn't been able to putt to score when given the chance (which is a major way the pros make up for less power). He's 81st in Putts per GIR on the European PGA tour. You can still see him play week in and week out on the European Tour. I watch the European PGA almost every week and he's there. He's ranked roughy 50th on tour but is not Sergio, Rory or Henrik etc. Finally, I just think he's somewhat lost his hunger. He's had several near misses at majors and the final blow was not being selected for the 2006 European Ryder Cup team. It was almost like an official demotion that he was no longer considered among the elite European golfers. If you watch him play now he's still trying but somewhat looser personality wise. You wonder maybe if he's less dead set than he was 5 years ago.
