They live like a fighter. They live on bare minimum-sleeping on the floor, eating only rice and veggies and making do without any comforts . They kick and punch in a sporty combat that requires tons of training, skill and discipline.The training regiment in this live -in camp starts at day break, with conditioning and stamina building exercise.to whip the body into shape.
