Although no city has won all four major championships in one year, here is one that comes close (if you consider most of South Florida to be one city - which I do).
1. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won Super Bowl XXXVII (January 26, 2003)
2. The Florida Marlins beat the New York Yankees in the 2003 World Series
3. The Tampa Bay Lightning won the NHL Championship in the 2003-2004 season (even though the NHL playoffs were held in 2004)

I know it's not a perfect answer, but it's the best I could come up with.
Let me just take a quick guess, are you a Philly sports fan?

Also not a perfect answer, but in the past 7 years, Boston has had 3 Super Bowls, 2 World Series Titles and 1 NBA Title. Good thing the Boston Bruins haven't been very good of late.

1980-1 in Philadelphia is considered by some to be the greatest sports year ever. The Phillies won the World Series, the Eagles went to the Super Bowl(lost), the Flyers went to the Stanley Cup(lost), and the 76'ers went to the NBA Finals(lost). Though three out of four lost the championship, it is the only time I know of that all four sports teams have made it to the finals for one city.
