The watch fob appears to be associated with the Ottawa Senators Stanley Cup victory for the 1919 - 1920 professional hockey season. However, the identity of R.H. Quinn remains a mystery. There are a number of Quinn's in the National Hockey League, but none with the first and middle initial of R.H. It's possible that R.H. held some sort of front-office, manager, trainer or other non-player position for the team.

From the source...

The 1920 Stanley Cup Finals took place between March 22 and April 1. The National Hockey League (NHL) champion Ottawa Senators defeated the Pacific Coast Hockey Association (PCHA) champion Seattle Metropolitans 3 games to 2 in the best-of-five game series.
