Does anyone not include Kobe Bryant on the list of the NBA's all-time top 10 players?

Hard to tell because I haven't seen the players before the 1970's to see how good they were. I can only go on statistics and that doesn't always tell the whole story. Certainly one of the top players, but I can't honestly rate where he falls.
