Doctors proved that former KSU RB Leon Patton did not commit SBS, so where is he? Why hadn't KSU put him back on the roster?

His son had an aneurysm and it was not SBS so why is the state pursuing charges?

It's not likely he's coming back. When someone is dismissed from a team, and then plans to peruse legal action against said organization he's not likely to get back on the team.

The fact that Leon Patton was already on probation for stealing video games from a Wal-Mart and failing to appear in court might have expedited his dismissal from the Wildcats' football team. He was expected to be the starting running back for the team this season.
