Question

Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
Do you think LeBron James has only one reason to be changing his number from 23 to 6 next season? Is it only because Michael Jordan?
Is there another reason that you think he's not mentioning publicly? LeBron James said, "no NBA should wear 23." Do you think it should be this way?

I don't think the NBA should retire the number 23. Noone is above the game. For an individual team retire a number, that's one thing totally different. Who knows what's going on in James' mind. If he wants to wear number 6, why not say you can't wear that number either because of Hall of Famer Dr J wore that while with the Philadelphia 76ers. Dr J was the precursor to Michael Jordan. I think LeBron just wants publicity anyway and everyway he can get it. He has a big head and thinks he's the greatest.
